Produce high-quality 3D renderings and visualizations using Adobe Photoshop, Rhino, and other graphic design tools to effectively communicate design ideas to clients. Proficiency in CAD software such as AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino (Rhinoceros 3D), 3ds Max, along with Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop for rendering and presentation purposes. Knowledge of building code compliance, construction detail documentation, and BIM tools to facilitate accurate project planning and execution. Demonstrated ability to manage multiple design projects efficiently from conception through completion while maintaining high-quality standards. Strong communication skills for effective client interaction regarding design concepts, project updates, contracts, and lighting or remodeling solutions. Experience in construction or renovation environments is highly desirable; familiarity with lighting sales or interior remodeling processes will be considered a plus.
