full-time Launch or Grow Your Career in BIM & Revit Are you an engineering graduate who enjoys the technical side of design and wants to build a career in BIM? Or are you already working with Revit and ready for an opportunity where you can continue expanding your expertise? Our client is seeking a BIM / Revit Designer to join its Dallas team. This opportunity is open to candidates at multiple experience levels, from recent engineering graduates with Revit or AutoCAD exposure to experienced BIM/Revit professionals . You'll work with Revit, AutoCAD and other industry-leading technology to support MEP projects while developing expertise in BIM standards, modeling, project setup, quality assurance and technical workflows. New engineering graduates are encouraged to apply!

Hybrid | 4 days in office, 1 day remote

Flexible based on experience What You'll Do Support the development and coordination of MEP models using Autodesk Revit Set up new Revit project files and help maintain project standards Review and audit models for quality, accuracy and constructability Work alongside designers and project teams to produce accurate BIM models and documentation Troubleshoot Revit questions and provide technical support to team members Develop and maintain Revit families, templates and standardized workflows Help create training resources and documentation for BIM best practices Gain exposure to BIM coordination, project workflows and building systems As your expertise grows, help train and support other Revit users across the organization Technology You'll Work With Autodesk Revit AutoCAD / Civil 3D Navisworks Autodesk Construction Cloud / Forma Bluebeam Procore, Newforma or similar project management platforms What We're Looking For We're open to candidates from entry level through experienced BIM professionals . You could be a great fit if you have: A bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Architectural Engineering, Construction Engineering or a related field, OR relevant professional BIM/Revit experience Exposure to Revit and/or AutoCAD through coursework, internships, academic projects or professional experience An interest in MEP systems, building design, construction and technology Strong technical aptitude and the ability to learn new software quickly Excellent problem-solving and communication skills A detail-oriented mindset and commitment to producing high-quality work The ability to work in the Dallas office four days per week Already Have BIM Experience? We'd especially like to hear from candidates with experience in any of the following: MEP or MEPT modeling Revit family creation BIM coordination Model health auditing and quality assurance Navisworks Revit project setup and templates BIM standards and workflow development Training or supporting other Revit users
