QUALIFICATIONS

5+ years of civil drafting experience on building and infrastructure projects

5+ years of experience in pipe networking and service modeling

5+ years of experience with AutoCAD and Civil 3D

Strong ability to develop efficient drafting and modeling methods that clearly communicate engineering intent through construction documents

DAY TO DAY

Support the design and construction of large-scale industrial, manufacturing, and office facilities.

Prepare civil design drawings, including plans, profiles, sections, and details.

Take ownership of initial model and sheet set-ups using AutoCAD and Civil 3D.

Coordinate civil CAD models with multidisciplinary teams working in Revit and other modeling platforms.

Collaborate with BIM and CAD support teams to maintain consistent modeling standards.

Integrate new designs into existing facility models.

Assist with developing custom CAD content and tools.

Produce accurate, high-quality models.

Support 30%, 60%, and 90% design reviews with stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Pay rate:
