Job Description
Youll transform ideas into thoughtful, refined, and buildable residential designsfrom concept through detailed architectural drawings.
Youll be responsible for:
Creating high-quality residential plans, elevations, sections, and construction drawingsProducing precise drawings using AutoCADTranslating design concepts into functional, beautiful spacesSupporting permitting and construction documentationCollaborating closely with our design team, builders, and clientsManaging multiple projects with exceptional attention to detail

WHAT YOU
BRINGRequired:
Strong AutoCAD experienceResidential architectural drafting/design experienceUnderstanding of residential construction and detailingExceptional attention to detail and design sensibilityStrong communication and collaboration skillsEducation or Experience:
Bachelors degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Architectural Design, or a related fieldOR5+ years of professional residential architectural drafting experience in lieu of a bachelors degreeOUR VALUESCOLLABORATION
