We specialize in kitchens, whole-home remodels, bathrooms, additions, and decks, and are looking for a designer to work with our Project Developer to help us turn our clients' vision into reality. You would generate creative floor plans, material selections, and engage with our estimators and homeowner clients. Clar Construction is a 22 year old residential remodeling company in Montpelier, VT. This would be a part time gig with the opportunity to evolve into more hours and potential employment with benefits if it's a good fit for everyone. Experience The right candidate will have a good understanding and 3 or more years' experience with: Residential construction details Residential design trends Working with homeowners, communicating clearly through written and verbal means. Working with co-workers to progress the process on time. Chief Architect or similar software to create floor plans, sections, and renderings. Designing to meet and honor our clients' budget.
