We run a structured operation and expect our team to execute at a high level. Role Overview The Drafter owns the front end of the job
turning client ideas and sales concepts into clear, buildable plans. This role is responsible for defining scope, building accurate documents, and setting projects up for production. You will work directly with sales, clients, and project managers to make sure what gets designed can actually be built
on time, on budget, and without surprises.

Responsibilities Scope & Design Meet with clients and sales to gather requirements and lock in scope Translate concepts into detailed construction drawings using Chief Architect Build clear, complete scopes of work and contract documents Ensure designs align with code, structure, and real-world build conditions Pre-Construction Planning Perform takeoffs and develop material lists Define how the job gets built
