Job Description
Repair, maintenance, assemble, dismantle and rebuilding Pitter machinery. Evaluate situations to minimize downtime and maximize efficiency. Troubleshooting equipment failures, diagnose problems, replace and repair, detect and replace defective items, test and make final adjustments. Be ready to do change overs/set ups as quickly as possible to ensure production output Readily available for emergency repairs in breakdown situations. Complete work orders in a timely manner maintaining high quality standards. Maintain communication with other departments, management and employees notify them of any problems and/or concerns that may restrict the efficiency of production. Responsible for reporting unsafe conditions to manager along with and food safety violations. Experience with prune pitters a plus Comply with HACCP and GMP protocols for production.
