What You'll Do:

Perform routine maintenance and repairs on concrete grinders, vacuums, and related equipment Diagnose and repair mechanical and electrical issues Keep equipment clean, calibrated, and ready for the field Track maintenance schedules and order replacement parts as needed Perform minor on-site repairs to minimize downtime Handle minor automotive maintenance and repairs on company vehicles Assist with general upkeep and repairs around the building Help out in the warehouse as needed (organizing, loading/unloading, inventory support)

What We're Looking For:

Experience with mechanical/equipment repair (concrete or construction equipment a plus) Electrical repair experience Comfortable working with power tools, motors, and basic electrical systems Basic automotive repair knowledge Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Ability to work independently and manage your own schedule Valid driver's license
