Full Job Description About Us:

We are a growing mobile device wholesaler and refurbisher processing thousands of smartphones and tablets each month. We are looking for an experienced iPhone Repair Technician to join our production team. This is a hands-on, production-focused repair position with no retail sales or customer-facing responsibilities . You will primarily repair iPhones and iPads that fail quality-control testing and return them to full working condition for resale. What You'll Do Diagnose and repair iPhones and iPads that fail functional testing Replace screens, batteries, cameras, charging ports, housings, and other components Troubleshoot hardware and functional issues Complete post-repair testing to verify device functionality Inspect repaired devices for cosmetic and workmanship issues Accurately record repairs and parts used Work closely with our QC team to identify recurring device issues Maintain an organized repair station and follow ESD procedures What We're Looking For Previous professional iPhone repair experience is required. You should be comfortable independently opening, diagnosing, repairing, reassembling, and testing iPhones.

Qualified candidates should have:

1+ year of professional iPhone/iPad repair or refurbishment experience required Experience replacing screens, batteries, cameras, housings, charging ports, and similar components Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills Ability to perform clean, consistent repairs without damaging devices Strong attention to detail Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume production environment Dependable attendance and ability to work Monday-Friday 9 am - 5:30 pm Apple, WISE, or other repair certifications are a plus but not required . We Offer:
