Description We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Fluid Power Technician to support our manufacturing and testing operations. In this role, you will be responsible for testing hydraulic manifolds, troubleshooting hydraulic systems, and ensuring products meet customer specifications and quality standards. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys problem-solving, working with fluid power systems, and contributing to continuous improvement initiatives. Requirements Key Responsibilities Test hydraulic manifolds using automated hydraulic test benches and manual testing equipment. Diagnose and troubleshoot hydraulic and pneumatic system issues, identifying effective solutions. Read and interpret hydraulic schematics and technical documentation. Collaborate with Manufacturing Engineering and Production teams to resolve testing and process-related concerns. Train and support new and current employees on testing procedures, work instructions, and best practices. Maintain accurate records using company software and reporting systems. Assist with assembly, staging, and movement of products as needed. Support quality initiatives, complete non-conformance documentation, and recommend process improvements. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment while following company, ISO, OSHA, and safety standards. Qualifications Required Qualifications 1-2 years of experience in hydraulic systems, fluid power, manufacturing, testing, assembly, or a related technical field. Ability to read and interpret hydraulic schematics. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Basic computer skills and the ability to use business software systems to gather and record information. Ability to work effectively in a team environment and communicate across departments. Preferred Qualifications Hydraulic Engineering Technician diploma. Pneumatic Engineering Technician diploma. Fluid Power Specialist certification. Experience with hydraulic testing equipment, automated test benches, and fluid power diagnostics. Previous experience in a manufacturing or industrial production environment. Physical Requirements Ability to regularly lift up to 10 pounds, frequently lift up to 25 pounds, and occasionally lift up to 50 pounds. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks including reaching, bending, crouching, and handling components and equipment. Why Join Us? $24.00 - $26.00 per hour
