Evening Operator We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Evening Operator to join our manufacturing team. This multi-disciplined role involves overseeing production processes using advanced robotic equipment and ensuring all operations meet stringent quality and safety standards. Key Responsibilities:

Operate and monitor automated and manual production equipment, ensuring seamless workflow during evening shifts. Load and unload component trays precisely, performing inline inspections under microscopes with tweezers to maintain quality. Continuously oversee machine performance, promptly addressing any issues to optimize operation. Interpret and follow technical drawings, specifications, work orders, and customer requirements to accurately execute tasks. Conduct inspections to verify process conformity and meet customer specifications. Assist with or perform various operational tasks to maintain productivity and meet strict schedules. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment by adhering to safety procedures and environmental precautions, including clean room protocols. Comply with all quality standards, ITAR policies, and regulatory requirements. Collaborate with team members through meetings and work groups to resolve issues, share knowledge, and stay updated on new policies and procedures. Perform other duties as assigned to support team objectives.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED required. Minimum of 1 year experience operating automated and manual manufacturing equipment. Previous experience in an ESD environment preferred. Familiarity with

JESD 625

(JEDEC Standard for Handling Electrostatic Discharge Sensitive Devices) is preferred. Basic understanding of technical drawings and schematics. Knowledge of

J-STD-001

(Soldered Electrical and Electronic Assemblies) and related standards is advantageous. Awareness of AS9100 and

ISO 9001

2008 quality standards is a plus. Due to export control regulations, candidates must be US Persons.
