Job Description

$23•$28 per hour Job Details•
RESPONSIBILITIES
Calibrate, maintain, inspect, and certify gauges and measurement equipment Perform precise calibration of micrometers, indicators, and inspection tools Verify that measuring instruments meet strict quality requirements Maintain complete and accurate calibration records and documentation Ensure equipment remains compliant with applicable quality standards Support production by confirming the accuracy of tools used on the floor Investigate measurement discrepancies and determine appropriate solutions Collaborate with machinists, inspectors, engineers, and quality leadership Monitor calibration schedules and ensure equipment is serviced on time Help protect product quality through disciplined metrology practices
REQUIREMENTS
Professional experience with industrial gauge calibration Strong knowledge of metrology and precision measurement principles Experience calibrating gauges, micrometers, and inspection equipment Understanding of quality control processes and calibration documentation Ability to interpret technical specifications and measurement requirements Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy Ability to work effectively in a highly precise manufacturing environment Availability to work onsite in Brattleboro, Vermont
