Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Master Mechanic A Tech specializing in powersports! In this energetic role, you will be the go-to expert for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining a wide range of powersports equipment, including motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles (ATVs), and other recreational vehicles. Your expertise will ensure our customers' vehicles perform at their peak, delivering excitement and reliability. This position offers an engaging environment where your mechanical skills and passion for powersports will drive customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Responsibilities Perform comprehensive diagnostics using advanced tools to identify mechanical, electrical, and engine system issues on powersports vehicles. Repair and overhaul engines, suspensions, brakes, electrical systems, and mechanical components with precision and efficiency. Utilize hand tools, power tools, welding equipment, soldering irons, and assembly techniques to complete repairs and maintenance tasks. Conduct routine vehicle maintenance including oil changes, brake replacements, suspension adjustments, and basic troubleshooting to ensure optimal performance. Assist customers by providing expert advice on repairs, maintenance needs, and product features to enhance their riding experience. Maintain detailed service records, update repair logs, and ensure all work complies with safety standards and manufacturer specifications. Support the sales team by demonstrating technical knowledge of powersports products and accessories to help customers make informed decisions. Qualifications Proven dealership experience or service technician background with a focus on powersports repair. Strong mechanical knowledge of engines, electrical diagnostics, suspension systems, brake repair, welding, soldering, and vehicle assembly. Hands-on experience with powersports engine system repair and the use of diagnostic tools for troubleshooting complex issues. Familiarity with motorcycle operation and all-terrain vehicle repair is highly recommended. Ability to perform heavy lifting safely while working in a fast-paced environment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate technical information clearly. Proficiency in using power tools, hand tools, welding equipment, and diagnostic software. Basic vehicle troubleshooting skills combined with a passion for powersports machinery and mechanics. Pay:
$27.00 - $33.00 per hour Expected hours: 40.0 per week
