Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair electrical and mechanical equipment on a highly automated production line Diagnose PLC-controlled equipment using Allen-Bradley ControlLogix systems Connect to PLC processors for diagnostics and fault finding (programming not required) Perform electrical troubleshooting on motors, drives, sensors, and control systems Troubleshoot mechanical systems including bearings, drives, conveyors, and pneumatic components Optimize preventive maintenance programs to improve equipment reliability Coordinate spare parts inventory and vendor support Plan and prioritize maintenance activities with minimal supervision Partner closely with Production, Automation Engineers, and Controls Technicians Drive continuous improvement initiatives that increase equipment uptime and operational efficiency Qualifications Required Minimum of 3 years of industrial maintenance experience Strong industrial electrical troubleshooting experience Experience troubleshooting Allen-Bradley PLCs (ControlLogix preferred) Ability to connect to PLCs for diagnostics and fault finding Mechanical troubleshooting experience in a manufacturing environment Experience working with bearings, drives, motors, conveyors, and basic pneumatic systems Ability to read and interpret electrical schematics and troubleshoot industrial control circuits Preferred Experience with manufacturing automation HMI troubleshooting or basic modification experience Preventive maintenance planning and optimization Experience supporting or taking ownership of a production line or manufacturing process Continuous improvement experience in an industrial environment Who We're Looking For Our hiring manager believes technical skills can be taught—but integrity, accountability, and work ethic cannot.
