Job Description

Overview Join our dynamic team as a Polaris Certified Mechanic, where your expertise will drive excellence in powersports vehicle maintenance and repair. As a key player in our service department, you will utilize your advanced mechanical skills and Polaris certification to diagnose, repair, and optimize a wide range of all-terrain vehicles, and other powersports equipment. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work with cutting-edge technology, deliver exceptional customer service, and contribute to the thrill of outdoor adventure. Your passion for motorsports and mechanical mastery will help ensure our customers leave satisfied and confident in their vehicles' performance. Pay based on experience or candidate may choose a percentage program. If you are not a Certified Polaris Mechanic please do not apply. Duties Perform comprehensive diagnostics and repairs on Polaris vehicles using specialized diagnostic tools and electrical diagnostics equipment Conduct routine maintenance including oil changes, brake repairs, suspension adjustments, and vehicle assembly Troubleshoot mechanical systems such as engines, transmissions, suspension components, and electrical systems with precision Utilize hand tools, power tools and computers to complete repairs efficiently and safely Inspect all-terrain vehicles and powersports equipment for safety issues or mechanical deficiencies; perform heavy lifting as needed during repairs Maintain detailed service records, update repair logs, and communicate findings clearly to customers about necessary repairs or upgrades Support sales efforts by providing technical expertise during vehicle demonstrations or product explanations to customers Skills Proven dealership experience with a strong background in service technician roles within the powersports or automotive industry Extensive knowledge of atv/utv engine systems repair, electrical diagnostics, and mechanical systems repair Proficiency in using diagnostic tools for diagnostics and electrical troubleshooting Skilled in all-terrain vehicle repair with hands-on experience in powersports engine repair Ability to perform basic vehicle troubleshooting, brake repair, suspension work, and assembly tasks Strong mechanical knowledge complemented by experience with hand tools, power tools, and heavy lifting techniques Excellent customer service skills with the ability to explain technical issues clearly and professionally Experience in dealership settings or automotive repair shops is highly preferred; familiarity with sales processes is a plus Join us as a Polaris Certified Mechanic to elevate your career while helping enthusiasts get back on the trail!
