Job Description

Handyman/Repair Technician Hours:

M-F 8AM-5PM

plus overtime as needed DUTIES Travel to customer sites within our territory (about a 2-3 hour radius in most cases) to assess and service existing customers' facilities. This position covers all aspects of home/facility repair such as electrical, plumbing, carpentry, HVAC, structural, drywall, painting, finish work, etc.

REQUIREMENTS

Neat appearance and professional demeanor. Ability to communicate with customers and coworkers for common goals. Organized and detailed. Team player. Ability to learn and desire for continuing training and education. Ability to work on your feet in all weather conditions. Ability to lift 50+ pounds. Ability to climb a ladder. Clean driving record. Must pass a drug screening.

ADDITIONAL

High School Diploma or equivalent. Construction experience is a plus, but not required.
