Job Overview EJ Communications LLC is seeking experienced fiber drop installation contractors to perform service drop work for Lyte Fiber . Contractors will represent Lyte Fiber professionally while completing residential fiber installations. This role requires trenching, boring, and restoration work with strict adherence to quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Professionally represent Lyte Fiber at all times while performing service drop work. Complete fiber drop installations from flowerpot to home location per Lyte Fiber specifications. Trench to a minimum depth of six (6) inches and install drop guard (2" below grade, 22" above grade). Coil and protect 12"-30" of slack at the flowerpot. Restore disturbed ground to like-new condition. Retrieve marking flags and submit six (6) FSM photographs (address, trench depth, before, after, line buried to NID location, length of bury). Maintain professionalism, respect, and courtesy in all customer interactions. Ensure all crews have boring capabilities for driveways and sidewalks. Requirements Must have boring equipment and experience (driveway and sidewalk). Must provide own tools, equipment, and transportation. Ability to follow detailed installation standards and documentation requirements. Reliable communication and adherence to project timelines. Must comply with Lyte Fiber's representation and branding standards (no external logos or identifiers). Compensation & Terms Piece rate: $70 per job

Boring:

$3.80/FT under driveway, $9/FT sidewalk tunnel

Payment:

Weekly pay, Net 21 payout
