Job Description
Automation Technician - $5,000 Bonus! Richfield and Germantown, WI Infinitek has partnered with a leading, innovative manufacturing company to hire a Automation Technician at one of their flagship facilities in either Richfield or Germantown. What You'll Do Perform robotic programming and support production runs by troubleshooting technical issues. Train team members on assembly machines, robotic systems, and equipment set-ups. Carry out mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production and support equipment. Execute and improve preventative maintenance plans (daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual). Prepare and set up equipment for scheduled production runs. Re-calibrate molding machinery as part of the preventative maintenance program. Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime. Read and interpret technical manuals, electrical/hydraulic prints, and work orders to execute precise maintenance tasks.
