Automation Technician - $5,000 Bonus! Richfield and Germantown, WI Infinitek has partnered with a leading, innovative manufacturing company to hire a Automation Technician at one of their flagship facilities in either Richfield or Germantown. This is your opportunity to join a forward-thinking team, work with the latest in robotic automation, end-of-arm tooling, and automated assembly machinery, and take your career to the next level-all while earning a $5,000 sign-on bonus. What You'll Do Perform robotic programming and support production runs by troubleshooting technical issues. Train team members on assembly machines, robotic systems, and equipment set-ups. Carry out mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic repairs on production and support equipment. Execute and improve preventative maintenance plans (daily, weekly, monthly, semi-annual, and annual). Prepare and set up equipment for scheduled production runs. Re-calibrate molding machinery as part of the preventative maintenance program. Respond to emergency breakdowns and perform unscheduled repairs to minimize downtime. Read and interpret technical manuals, electrical/hydraulic prints, and work orders to execute precise maintenance tasks.
