Job Description

California Resources Corporation is a publicly traded oil and natural gas exploration and production company and the largest oil and natural gas producer in California. We operate our world-class resource base exclusively within the State of California, applying complementary and integrated infrastructure to gather, process and market our production. Using advanced technology, CRC's workforce focuses on safely and responsibly supplying affordable energy for California by Californians. We are seeking an entry-level Electrical Engineer to support electrical power and field engineering activities for oil and gas production facilities. Working under the guidance of experienced engineers, this position will assist with the design, construction, commissioning, operation, and maintenance of electrical systems. Assignments may involve production facilities, processing plants, substations, power-generation facilities, and distribution systems. The position combines office-based engineering with hands-on fieldwork and is well suited for a recent graduate interested in industrial power systems, motor controls, instrumentation, and automation. The base annual salary for this posted position is reasonably expected to range from $110K - $125K, and eligibility to participate in our long-term incentive program. Individual pay decisions are based on several factors, including education, experience level and relevant industry experience.
