We foster a collaborative environment that values technical expertise and professional growth. Job Overview We are seeking a dedicated Electrical Engineer to join our engineering team. This is also a great opportunity for a beginning engineer. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, analyzing, and ensuring electrical systems meet industry standards and safety regulations. You will be working closely with the maintenance manager and part of that department. Responsibilities Develop and review electrical system designs in compliance with local building codes and construction regulations Utilize 3D CAD modeling and BIM tools to create detailed electrical layouts and schematics Conduct building code analysis to ensure electrical installations meet safety standards and regulatory requirements Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate electrical systems into overall project designs Perform technical assessments of existing electrical infrastructure for upgrades or modifications Support construction teams by providing technical guidance during installation phases Ensure all electrical designs adhere to best practices for efficiency, safety, and sustainability Requirements Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field from an accredited institution Proven experience in design engineering within construction or manufacturing environments Strong knowledge of building code compliance, construction regulations, and safety standards Proficiency with Allen Bradley's or Siemanns as well as PLC's.
