Job Description What You'll Do and Who You'll Work With:

Reporting directly to the Director of Electrical Engineering, the Principal Engineer will be responsible for: 1. Electrical engineering design aspects of capital projects, facility upgrades 2. Electrical design support for Planned outages, and design requirements related to equipment troubleshooting 3. Business development/expansion projects at various operating facilities. This position will also lead, manage and multiple electrical projects/programs in the network. The Engineer will provide subject matter expertise and lead cross functional teams while driving technical standardization as a guardian of certain Electrical Design Standards for Reworld. Acting as a potential mentor for more junior members of the team, the Engineer will share best practices and technical expertise. This is a unique opportunity to work across stakeholders and groups, with high visibility in the organization and will have direct, tangible impact on our success. You will also act as a primary Electrical Engineering SME to the business.

Location/Travel:

Preferred location for this role is at our Florham Park, NJ Headquarters This position requires close collaboration with corporate functions and facilities and will include ~20% travel across the network. Travel to Domestic locations as well as LCC (Low-Cost-Countries) such as China, may be required. A remote work option is available with some additional travel to Florham Parkn and across the network. The compensation would vary depending on the location.

Key Responsibilities:

Electrical Design (Core Responsibility) Independently Develop/Review/Approve Electrical System Design documents including One Line/Three Line Diagrams, Control Schematics, Wiring diagrams, Arc Flash, Short Circuit & Voltage Drop Calculations, Coordination Studies. Develop scope of work for Electrical AE firms and coordinate with suppliers and contractors.
