Job Description

Controls Software Designer - Owensboro, Kentucky Day Shift - ONE MONTH Contract position
Pay Rate:
up to $45.00 per hour Job Scope of the
Controls Software Designer:
Designs and commissions systems of electrical and fluid controls for a variety of applications including welders, robots, assembly, conveyance and transfer systems. Applies knowledge, principles and techniques in engineering and computer science to develop software system programming and documentation. Facilitates build processes by troubleshooting connection issues. Commissions and debugs equipment at build shop and/or end user sites. This is a professional position, requiring resource management skills to direct and monitor tasks of others. Must be capable of making autonomous decisions based on experience and project requirements. Skills Required of the
Controls Software Designer:
Has specialized training either formal or through on-the-job work experience Has extensive technical knowledge gained through customer and project experience Rockwell HMI and PLC experience required Past experience with Metalsa desirable, but not required A successful candidate will be subject to a background check and must receive satisfactory results of the same, as a condition of joining the team.
