Monitor and supervise installation of M&E works (HVAC / ACMV, electrical, lighting, plumbing, fire‑protection systems, etc.). Ensure quality, safety, adherence to codes.
Testing, commissioning, inspections: ensure systems function correctly and are safe before handover.
Track project progress: schedule, timelines, site coordination, reporting progress, flagging delays or technical issues.
Ensure compliance with regulations, codes of practices, building standards, safety requirements.
Manage documentation: approvals, submission of drawings & materials, maintaining records.
🎯 Requirements (Education, Skills, Experience)

Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Building Services, or related field.
Relevant experience: Typically 3‑5 years in M&E coordination in construction, or supervising/monitoring mechanical & electrical systems.

Planning & organizational ability: schedule tracking, progress reporting, site coordination.
Safety mindset: knowledge of safety regulations, ensuring works comply with safety, codes, inspections.
