Sample Possible Responsibilities Design and configure audio-visual projects that include equipment like projectors, sound systems, and video conferencing tools. Sell our av lines to education, municipalities, an corporate clients. Collaborate with clients and team members to quote/design AV needs for spaces and/or installations. Schedule support for on-site installations and repairs. Run the installation calendar and manage all projects with minimal direction Meeting and exceeding sales goals, growing sales territories and customer base Supporting Office Staff for all Audio Visual Project Needs. Sample Skills depending on position applying for: Strong mechanical design knowledge with the ability to understand complex AV designs for project management. Experience in AV products and services and ability to build rapport with clients Familiarity with major audio-visual systems. Any AVIXA/InfoComm CTS, CTS-I, Atlona, Biamp, Extron, Crestron Certifications, or other AV certs are a
HUGE PLUS!
Field service experience with demonstrating hands-on problem-solving skills in real-world scenarios. Commercial experience with audiovisual equipment, and systems Ability to diagnose/troubleshoot/resolve service issues related to integrated AV Systems Ability to lift >50lbs Strong skills with hand and power tools and measuring Utilize prompt engineering such as AI to troubleshoot unfamiliar code (e.g., Q-SYS or Crestron scripts) or to brainstorm creative solutions when dealing with tricky installations Valid State of CT Electrical License a plus Commercial experience with audiovisual equipment, and systems required. Preference given to those with 5+ years of experience.
