About the Role The successful candidate will work directly in the field to deploy and troubleshoot advanced communications and control systems, ensuring reliable performance in demanding industrial settings. This position requires strong technical aptitude, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work safely and independently at customer sites. Responsibilities Installation, commissioning, maintenance, and support of industrial networking, private 5G systems, electronics, and automation technologies. Deploy and troubleshoot advanced communications and control systems. Ensure reliable performance in demanding industrial settings. Work safely and independently at customer sites. Required Skills Basic experience with electronics, networking, telecommunications, automation, or mechanical systems preferred. Ability to troubleshoot and solve technical problems. Comfortable working outdoors and around heavy equipment in mining or construction environments. Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Willingness to travel to customer sites as needed. Basic computer skills for documentation and reporting. Valid driver's license and a good driving record.
