This is an opportunity to lead the design and development of embedded electronic systems while collaborating with multidisciplinary teams on innovative product development projects. Position Summary The Electronics Engineer III is responsible for leading electronic hardware development and embedded system design from concept through implementation. This position provides technical leadership, collaborates with cross-functional teams, and ensures high-quality engineering deliverables that meet customer and regulatory requirements. Key Responsibilities Lead embedded hardware architecture and electronic system design. Develop electronic circuits, schematics, and PCB layouts. Perform engineering analysis, testing, validation, and troubleshooting. Prepare and maintain technical documentation. Collaborate with cross-functional engineering and manufacturing teams. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Review engineering designs and technical documentation for accuracy and quality. Ensure products comply with applicable industry and regulatory standards. Support continuous improvement initiatives within the engineering department. Follow company quality, safety, and information security procedures. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline. Five or more years of experience in electronics or embedded hardware design.
Strong experience with:
Schematic capture PCB layout Electronic testing and validation Product development Experience leading technical engineering projects. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong collaboration and problem-solving abilities. Ability to work effectively on cross-functional teams. Background check required. Work Environment Hybrid- This position is primarily office-based with occasional laboratory testing and validation activities. Limited travel may be required to support project needs, manufacturing partners, or customer locations.
Pay:
$53.00 - $62.50 per hour
