What We're Looking For:
We're searching for passionately driven individuals who are eager to excel and ready to grow with us. Experience in residential real estate, home inspection, or home improvement is a plus (not required) Construction background is a bonus Comfortable entering crawlspaces beneath homes Demonstrates a growth mindset — open to coaching, feedback, and role play Strong listening, closing, and follow-up skills Physically able to walk, climb, kneel, and crawl as needed Willingness to travel as we expand into the Wyoming market Valid driver's license and clean driving record Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and mobile tools in the field Self-motivated and disciplined — able to manage time, follow up on opportunities, and generate additional business when needed
