Coordinates with superintendent on workforce planning. Maintains project document control and procedures. Supports project engineers and/or superintendents to lead trade contractors, including requests for information (RFIs), shop drawings, changes, and billings. Participates in the supervision of self-perform scopes, including resolving crew sizes, labor tracking, and quantity tracking for Labor Cost Reports (LCRs). Mentors and coaches field engineers and students/interns). Identifies issues on-site or in defined work scopes. Coordinates third-party inspections and site reviews. Participates in crafting, implementing, and supervising quality plan, Inspection and Test Plan (ITP). Develop and maintains positive relationships focusing on all partners. Qualifications Associates or bachelor's degree in a related field: construction management, engineering, architecture preferred, or equivalent experience. 0 to 8-12 months of varied experience as field engineer/coordinator preferred; time acquired during internships in the field may count as experience.
