Job Description This Engineering Manager position will lead a multidisciplinary team of electrical and mechanical engineers focused on developing next-generation technologies, products, and platforms. The candidate will drive technical discovery, concept development, requirements definition, and risk reduction activities while partnering closely with product management and other cross-functional stakeholders. Lead advanced product development programmes from opportunity assessment through concept design freeze. Develop, mentor, and grow a team of senior-level engineers and technical leaders. Guide sensing, instrumentation, electronics, and electromechanical product development efforts. Drive technical risk reduction through analysis, prototyping, testing, and validation activities. Shape technology roadmaps, product architectures, and future platform strategies. The Successful Applicant The ideal candidate will possess a strong electrical engineering foundation combined with proven experience leading complex product development initiatives. They will be recognized as a technical leader who can develop high-performing teams, influence cross-functional stakeholders, and translate customer needs into commercially viable product concepts. B.S. in Electrical Engineering or a related engineering discipline; Master's degree preferred. 7+ years of experience developing electronic, sensing, instrumentation, or electromechanical products. Demonstrated progression into technical leadership, project leadership, or people leadership responsibilities. Experience driving products from requirements definition through validation and commercialisation. Strong coaching, mentoring, and team development capabilities within engineering environments.
