Job Description

Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Staff Fuels Engineer / Project Manager to lead complex nuclear fuel engineering and core design projects within our Engineering & Design team. In this role, you will own the technical direction and project delivery for fuel cycle analysis, core loading strategies, and fuel performance evaluations that support safe, economic, and reliable plant operations. You will manage cross-functional projects, coordinate vendors and stakeholders, and ensure rigorous regulatory compliance. This position offers the opportunity to influence fleet fuel strategy while mentoring engineers and driving innovation in a collaborative, sustainability-focused culture.
