Within our Business Application Consulting practice, you will leverage your growing business knowledge to identify opportunities that contribute to the success of our firm. • Leading the implementation and integration of Maximo software solutions to optimize client operational efficiency
• Analyzing client needs and developing tailored strategies for Maximo application deployment
• Providing training and support to clients for seamless Maximo software utilization
• Managing project planning, budgeting, execution, and completion to meet client expectations
• Guiding teams in strategic planning and execution of Maximo-related initiatives
• Utilizing analytical thinking to identify system linkages and interactions for improved performance
• Encouraging team development by mentoring and leveraging individual strengths
• Addressing conflicts and engaging in critical conversations with clients and stakeholders
• Promoting the adoption of emerging technologies and innovative practices in Maximo consulting
• Building and maintaining relationships with clients to identify and address operational challenges What You Must Have
• At least a Bachelor's degree
• At least 5 years of experience What Sets You Apart
