Job Description

Constellation Energy seeks a Senior Staff Fuels Engineer / Project Manager to lead complex fuel engineering and optimization projects within our Engineering & Design organization. In this role, you will develop and manage fuel strategies that enhance safety, reliability, and cost performance across our generation portfolio. You will oversee project scope, schedule, budget, and vendor coordination while ensuring rigorous regulatory compliance. Partner with multidisciplinary teams to deliver innovative, low-carbon solutions and mentor engineers in a culture that values collaboration, technical excellence, and continuous improvement.
