We are supporting a major heavy manufacturing organization seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial and capital projects. This company has a long-established footprint in the manufacturing sector and continues to invest in modernization, advanced technologies, and workforce development. This role offers the opportunity to influence major operational initiatives and drive performance improvements across a complex production environment. Key ResponsibilitiesPlan, coordinate, and execute industrial and capital projects within a heavy manufacturing environmentBuild and manage detailed project schedules using Primavera P6 or Microsoft ProjectOversee project scope, resources, budgets, and timelines to align with organizational goalsLead cross-functional teams including Engineering, Operations, Maintenance, EHS, and external contractorsConduct regular project status meetings and communicate progress to leadership and stakeholdersIdentify project risks and develop strategies to mitigate themEnsure adherence to safety, quality, and environmental requirements throughout the project lifecyclePrepare and deliver project documentation, reporting, and closeout summariesQualificationsBachelor's degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management, or related field5+ years of project management experience within heavy manufacturing or industrial environmentsProficiency with Primavera P6 and/or Microsoft Project is requiredStrong background in capital project execution, scheduling, budgeting, and resource managementExperience working with cross-functional teams in union or non-union environments
