Type:
full-time This candidate will be responsible for the development, implementation, maintenance, and improvement of quality assurance processes. Throughout the implementation and maintenance process, this candidate should use data analysis to better understand quality reporting measures and improve processes.

This is not a IT Software Quality Engineer opening. Quality Engineer Executes project/program initiatives as assigned by the Leaders of each project or program.
Job Location:
Louisville, KY Duties and Responsibilities:
1. Carry out all Project Coordinator duties for the Projects or Programs assigned 2. Carry out all Engineering duties assigned for the Projects or Programs 3. Carry out Duties as Project or Program Manager when assigned this role on any particular type project 4. Develop, maintain and communicate multidiscipline project execution strategies and programs and co-ordinate their implementation 5. Assign and co-ordinate the workload of the resources allocated on the project. 6. Monitor project resource levels and report any shortage or excess 7. Determine what verification needs to be done to ensure that the project work is error free 8. Assures all processes and designs are approved per the Company Quality and Engineering systems 9. Take responsibility for the timely completion of projects assigned while meeting all project quality and budget objectives
Minimum Education:
Bachelors/ Graduate Degree Minimum Experience:
3 years in

1. High degree of technical and project engineering experience along with the management skills and ability to successfully meet the goals and objectives set forth
