What You Can Expect Help support the operations organization by providing manufacturing and engineering knowledge and a continuous improvement mindset to help solve various challenges within the business. This will include leading projects, supporting the day-to-day within a regulated environment, and managing cross-functional partnerships to help align on goals and meet company objectives. requirements a plus (med device) Experience leading both exempt and non-exempt employees Education and Experience Bachelor's degree in engineering, mathematics, or science is required 7+ years of progressive engineering experience including 3 years or more with direct reports is required 10+ years of progressive engineering experience including 3 years or more with direct reports is preferred Travel Expectations Approximately 10% domestic travel expected
