Reithorp Solutions is hiring a Knowledge Manager (Requirements Engineer) in Fort Meade, MD!
Location:
Fort Meade,MD Responsibilities:
In this role, you will support information sharing and analytic production by aligning processes, technology, and knowledge management practices across organizations. Responsibilities include managing workflows, supporting content and records management systems, analyzing performance metrics, and improving knowledge management capabilities related to search, storage, retrieval, and dissemination of intelligence products across multiple networks and portals. The position also supports requirements management efforts by helping develop and improve processes that align with mission priorities. You will collaborate with J2 customers and IT/KM teams to ensure knowledge management requirements are integrated throughout the requirements lifecycle. Additional duties include documenting key processes, identifying organizational stakeholders, supporting process improvement initiatives, and ensuring compliance with DoD and Intelligence Community policies.Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI clearance required
- CI Poly preferred (or willingness to obtain)
- Bachelor's degree from accredited college or university
- 8+ years of relevant Knowledge Management experience
