Do you want to lead a national portfolio, mentor the next generation of engineers, and directly impact our country's defense infrastructure? The Air National Guard Installations Division is hiring our next FSRM Program Manager. This is a General Engineer position at the GS-0801-14, based at Joint Base Andrews, Maryland. You will evaluate and implement diverse project delivery methods, balancing traditional Design-Bid-Build, Design-Build, and rapid modular construction. You will also design and deliver technical training programs in FSRM, MILCON, and AE Acquisition to elevate Project Managers and Base Civil Engineers in the field, while advising division leadership and briefing senior executives. We are seeking a candidate who holds an engineering degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical, Environmental, or Architectural engineering from an ABET-accredited program, has passed the FE/EIT exam, or holds an active Professional Engineer license. You must have a proven track record of managing complex, multi-million dollar engineering and capital project portfolios from initiation to closeout. You must be a systems champion who understands that successful execution relies on discipline, tracking funding actions, and maintaining audit-ready data.
