Position Summary:

The Project Executive will oversee multiple interior construction projects, ensuring alignment with client goals, company standards, and financial targets. This role is ideal for a senior leader with deep experience in tenant improvement build outs and fit outs in empty and occupied environments.

Key Responsibilities:

Provide executive oversight of multiple interior office building construction projects across New Jersey and New York. Lead project strategy, planning, and execution in collaboration with operations, estimating, and field teams. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring satisfaction and long term partnerships. Monitor project budgets, schedules, and risk management plans to ensure profitability and performance. Support business development efforts and contribute to winning new work. Mentor Project Managers and ensure team alignment with company values and goals.

Qualifications:

10+ years of experience in interiors/tenant improvement commercial construction, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role. Proven success managing large scale office building projects Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets and forecasts. Exceptional leadership, communication, and client-facing skills. Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field required; advanced degree or certifications a plus. Japanese speaking a huge plus!
