full-time Movement Search and Delivery is working with a global supplier of industrial components to the transportation, industrial, and medical device markets to identify and evaluate a Manufacturing Engineering Manager. This is a direct-hire position and located around Falls Creek.

What You Will Do:

Develop new manufacturing processes to support existing products and new product launches Modify and integrate existing machinery, systems and process improvement to improve quality, increase throughput, decrease costs, and strengthen safety measures. Partners with Quality and Production team to simplify, reduce, inline, and automate in-process inspection Proactively leads CAPEX/Project Management initiatives. Equipment/Facility Capacity Expansion Planning. Overviews and coordinates the manufacturing processes/modifications/upgrades. Overviews and coordinates the automation processes/modifications/upgrades. This is a high-profile position, offering an excellent opportunity for continued advancement. What You Need to

Succeed:

• Bachelors degree
• 3+ years experience as a Manufacturing Manager and/or Engineering Manager
• Previous supervisory experience
• Strong focus on lean and continuous improvement practices
