full-time The Mandate Every physical and engineering decision about our client's AI factory facilities needs to live somewhere authoritative. This role owns that authoritative source: the integrated facility model and the engineering data behind the digital twin. It's an established discipline in EPC and industrial contexts, applied here to a facility type

• that is still new. You'll be the reason design, construction, and operations teams are all working from the same truth. What You'll Own
• The integrated BIM facility model spanning architectural, MEP, and process systems
• The engineering data model underlying the digital twin
• Coordination with EPC, contractor BIM groups, and industrial digital-twin teams to keep the model current through construction and operations
• Data integrity and structure standards so the twin remains a reliable operational tool, not a static design artifact What Good Looks Like in Year One A live, accurate digital twin that design, construction, and operations teams actively rely on and trust as the system of record. Who You Are
• Established BIM engineering background, ideally with exposure to industrial or data center facility types
• Experience with digital twin implementations connecting design data to operational systems
• Comfortable working across EPC firms, contractors, and internal engineering
• this role sits at the intersection of all three
• Experience in Indonesia is a primary search focus for this role given the parent-company footprint, though not an absolute requirement for Bellevue-based candidates Compensation & Structure Compensation can include Base Salary, Signing Bonus, Short-Term Incentive (STI), and Long-Term Incentive (LTI). Total annual compensation ranges from $175,000

a new Bellevue, WA engineering hub tasked with standing up the technical foundation for large-scale AI infrastructure. Early hires on this team will define the architecture, standards, and operating model the company runs on for years.
