This is a full-time, 40-hour-per-week position , working Monday through Friday, approximately 9:00 AM-5:00 PM. Starting pay ranges from $17-$19 per hour based on experience, skills, and overall fit for the position . Occasional overtime is available but is not typically required. Bonuses are also offered on certain jobs from time to time. No experience is required. We provide on-the-job training and all necessary equipment and supplies. Previous construction, handyman, restoration, waterproofing, or general labor experience is helpful, but we are also willing to train the right person. What You'll Be Doing Our crews work at different job sites throughout the Springfield area, primarily in residential homes.

Work includes:

Mold remediation and cleanup Crawl space work and encapsulation Installing vapor barriers Installing sump pumps, drainage systems, and dehumidifiers Basement waterproofing Other general remediation and waterproofing work This is a physically demanding, hands-on job. Many workdays involve working in crawl spaces underneath homes, so applicants need to be comfortable with physical labor, getting dirty, working in tight spaces from time to time, and doing detailed work.
