Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Production Crew Chief to lead and coordinate restoration projects within the industry. In this pivotal role, you will oversee daily operations on-site, ensuring that restoration, water damage, flood, fire, and mold remediation tasks are executed efficiently, safely, and to the highest standards. Your leadership will drive team performance, uphold safety protocols, and deliver exceptional customer service. This is an energetic position perfect for someone with construction experience and a passion for restoring properties and lives. Duties Lead and supervise restoration crews during water damage, flood, fire, mold remediation, and other restoration projects. Ensure all team members adhere to safety protocols including PPE use and respiratory protection to maintain a safe working environment. Coordinate project tasks such as cleaning, carpet cleaning, construction repairs, and the use of hand tools to complete jobs accurately and efficiently. Respond promptly to emergency situations requiring on-call coverage; manage emergency response readiness at all times. Operate company vehicles responsibly for transporting crew members and equipment to various job sites. Utilize Xactimate estimating software to assess damages and prepare accurate project scopes and cost estimates. Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, safety compliance, and equipment usage throughout each job. Qualifications Proven experience in the restoration industry or related construction fields with a strong understanding of water damage, flood restoration, fire restoration, and mold remediation. Demonstrated ability to lead teams effectively in fast-paced environments while maintaining high safety standards. Knowledge of safety protocols including PPE use, respiratory protection, and handling hazardous materials. Skilled in using hand tools, Xactimate software, and other industry-specific equipment. Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly with clients and team members. Ability to respond quickly in emergency situations with emergency response readiness skills. Pay:
$25.83 - $33.00 per hour
