Job Responsibilities 1. Lead the introduction of new equipment in the factory, including on-site installation, implementation, and commissioning according to project plans and requirements. 2. Perform maintenance, servicing, and repair of production equipment to ensure smooth and continuous manufacturing operations in coordination with the production team. 3. Identify, perform preliminary analysis, and escalate equipment issues encountered on-site. 4. Provide recommendations and suggestions for equipment optimization based on production conditions. 5. Assist in the management of spare parts inventory. Qualifications Native or fluent proficiency in Chinese (Mandarin) including reading, writing, and speaking Bachelor's degree or above in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Automation, IoT, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience supporting automated equipment or production lines in a manufacturing environment. Solid technical foundation with hands-on experience in automated production lines and equipment operation. Familiar with standard mechanical structures and components, including transmission systems (linear guides, lead screws, gears, chains, belts, linkages), pneumatics, and robotics; proficient in using tools and measuring instruments. Familiar with common electrical components such as servo systems, circuit breakers, relays, and photoelectric sensors. Ability to read and interpret mechanical drawings and electrical schematics; capable of uploading and downloading PLC programs. Strong hands-on skills; experience in equipment installation and commissioning is highly preferred. Proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Word and Excel. Experience with DCS, MES, ERP, or WMS systems is a plus. 【岗位职责】 1、负责完成自动化设备的机械电气装配；2、负责指导、管理外协人员按时完成装配任务；3、负责完成自动化设备在项目现场的实施、调试、陪产和异常处理；4、负责配合测试人员完成自动化设备的测试、出厂检验；5、负责自动化设备的售后维修；6、负责安装、调试过程中现场简单的整改、维修；7、负责现场问题的初步定位和传递。 【岗位要求】 1、机械电气相关专业，专科及以上学历；2、具备扎实的专业基础知识，对自动化产线及自动化设备有较深的工作、使用经验；3、熟悉常规机械结构和元器件，如常规机械传动（导轨、丝杆、齿类、链类、带类、连杆类等）、气动、机器人等，能熟练使用各种工具、量具；4、熟悉常规电气元器件，如伺服、空开、继电器、光电传感器等；5、能够读懂机械设计图和电气原理图，能够进行 PLC 程序的上传下载；6、具备较强的动手能力，有设备安装调试经验尤佳；

Pay:
