Collegeville, PA Pay Range:

$55/hr - $65/hr ( The rate may vary based on experience, education, geographic location, and other factors. ) Position Responsibilities Superior Tube is seeking a hands-on contract Maintenance Project Engineer to lead facility, infrastructure, maintenance, and safety-related projects in an industrial manufacturing environment. The individual will scope and engineer projects, develop specifications, obtain contractor and vendor quotations, coordinate with internal site resources, and execute projects through completion. This role includes direct on-site supervision of outside contractors and coordination with Maintenance, Engineering, EHS, and Operations. Primary areas of focus include HVAC systems, plumbing, building projects, safety improvements, and preventative maintenance projects. The goal of this role is to provide dedicated project support. Candidates should have a maintenance, mechanical, and/or controls background in an industrial setting, at least 5-7 years of relevant experience, strong contractor coordination and hands-on project execution skills, and a technical degree is preferred.
