Boiler Room Attire Job Summary We are seeking an experienced Engineering Senior Technician to monitor boiler room and chiller operations, maintain facility temperature records, and respond to maintenance requests as needed. Key Responsibilities Monitor boiler room operations and equipment. Monitor and record boiler room and facility temperatures. Take temperature readings throughout the facility. Monitor chiller systems and related equipment. Respond to maintenance requests, including after-hours requests as required. Identify and report equipment or operational issues. Perform routine monitoring and documentation activities. Follow facility safety procedures and operational guidelines. Perform other related duties as assigned. Required Qualification Active Black Seal Boiler License is required. Experience monitoring boilers and/or chillers . Ability to monitor equipment and respond appropriately to maintenance needs. Desired Skills Basic computer skills. Good communication and record-keeping skills. Ability to work independently and respond to facility needs. NIT01

Pay:

$25.00 - $26.87 per hour Application Question(s): Do you have an active Black Seal Boiler License? Do you have experience monitoring and operating boiler room equipment? Do you have experience monitoring boilers and/or chillers and recording temperature readings? Are you comfortable responding to maintenance requests, including after-hours requests when required?
