Environmental Health and Safety Consolidated Precision Products is seeking an Environmental Health and Safety professional to lead EHS programs in a high-precision aerospace manufacturing environment. This role develops and implements safety, health, and environmental policies; conducts audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations; and drives corrective actions and continuous improvement. The position partners with operations, engineering, and quality to ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and company standards while promoting a strong safety culture through training, coaching, and data-driven performance metrics. Develop, implement, and maintain site EHS programs, policies, and procedures Conduct regular safety, health, and environmental audits and inspections Lead incident investigations, root cause analysis, and corrective actions Ensure compliance with OSHA, EPA, and applicable regulatory requirements Deliver EHS training and coaching to employees and supervisors Track, analyze, and report EHS metrics and performance trends Support ISO 14001/45001 and other management system initiatives Collaborate with operations, engineering, and quality to mitigate risks Promote a strong safety culture and continuous improvement mindset Coordinate waste management, chemical handling, and emergency response planning EHS program management OSHA and EPA regulatory compliance Risk assessment and hazard analysis Incident investigation and root cause analysis Safety training development and delivery Industrial hygiene and ergonomics basics Data analysis and safety metrics reporting Auditing and inspections
