EHS Manager

Job Description

Support environmental, health, and safety programs within a manufacturing environment through regulatory compliance, inspections, investigations, training, and hazard control. Job Requirements Bachelor's degree in Occupational Safety, Environmental Health, Industrial Hygiene, Environmental Engineering, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. 3-5+ years of EHS experience in a manufacturing environment. Knowledge of OSHA regulations. Experience conducting workplace safety inspections. Experience conducting incident investigations. Experience developing and delivering safety training. Knowledge of personal protective equipment requirements. Knowledge of Hazard Communication requirements. Knowledge of Lockout/Tagout procedures. Knowledge of machine guarding requirements. Knowledge of industrial safety practices. Preferred Skills Experience in foundry, metal casting, machining, aerospace, or defense manufacturing. Experience with aluminum casting processes. Experience with environmental compliance. Experience with hazardous waste management. Experience with industrial hygiene programs. Experience in an AS9100 manufacturing environment. OSHA 30-Hour General Industry certification. ASP, CSP, CIH, CHMM, or related EHS certification. Experience with
ISO 14001.
Experience with OSHA VPP or similar safety programs. Bilingual English/Spanish. Job Responsibilities Conduct workplace safety inspections and identify regulatory or operational hazards. Investigate workplace incidents and document findings. Support corrective and preventive actions resulting from inspections and investigations. Develop and deliver required safety training. Maintain compliance with applicable OSHA requirements. Support PPE, Hazard Communication, Lockout/Tagout, machine guarding, and industrial safety programs. Support environmental compliance activities and hazardous waste management. Assist with industrial hygiene monitoring and related documentation. Maintain EHS records, inspection documentation, and regulatory reports. Support
ISO 14001, OSHA
VPP, AS9100, and other applicable compliance programs. Support EHS activities associated with manufacturing, machining, casting, and related production processes.
