EHS Manager West Fraser is seeking an EHS Manager to lead environmental, health, and safety programs at our manufacturing facility. In this role, you will develop, implement, and continuously improve EHS policies, procedures, and training to ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental, and company standards. You will conduct audits, risk assessments, and incident investigations, driving corrective actions and a strong safety culture. Partnering with operations leaders, you will analyze EHS metrics, champion employee engagement, and support sustainability initiatives. Lead and manage environmental, health, and safety programs for a manufacturing facility Develop, implement, and update EHS policies, procedures, and standards Ensure compliance with OSHA, environmental regulations, and company requirements Conduct safety and environmental audits, inspections, and risk assessments Investigate incidents and near-misses, identifying root causes and corrective actions Coordinate and deliver EHS training for employees and contractors Analyze EHS metrics and prepare reports for site and corporate leadership Partner with operations to integrate EHS into daily production activities Drive continuous improvement and employee engagement in safety culture Support sustainability and responsible resource management initiatives Occupational safety management Environmental compliance (air, water, waste) OSHA regulations and standards Risk assessment and hazard analysis Incident investigation and root cause analysis EHS auditing and inspections EHS data analysis and reporting Safety training design and delivery Emergency response planning Regulatory permitting and documentation Medical Insurance Dental Insurance Vision Insurance Life Insurance 401k Certified Safety Professional (CSP) preferred Certified Industrial Hygienist (CIH) a plus OSHA 30-hour General Industry or equivalent Environmental compliance experience with air, water, and waste regulations First aid/CPR certification preferred
