Job Description

Siemens Controls Engineer - Battery Manufacturing We are seeking a hands-on Siemens Controls Engineer to support battery-production equipment, including conveyors, carriers, elevators, transfer systems, and servo-controlled axes. Required Experience Siemens TIA Portal programming

S7-1500 / S7-1500F

PLCs Battery, EV, or battery-module production equipment Siemens drives, preferably

SINAMICS

S120, S210, or G120 Axis control, positioning, homing, and speed-ramp optimization Startdrive, STARTER, or

SIMOTION

Safety PLCs, PROFIsafe, STO, SS1, SOS, and SLS WinCC HMI development Commissioning, troubleshooting, production support, and cycle-time improvement Preferred Experience with a major EV or battery manufacturer Battery assembly, stacking, testing, or end-of-line systems MES, traceability, pallet tracking, or production-server integration Screwing, laser, welding, vision, or quality systems This role is best suited for engineers with strong hands-on Siemens software development experience, rather than robot-only programmers or maintenance-only technicians.

Pay:

$50.00 - $55.00 per hour
